Competitive Edge
- Superior Thermal Management: Our redesigned heat dissipation structure improves cooling efficiency by 20% compared to standard models, ensuring stable performance during 24/7 operation.
- Energy Efficient: Low power consumption design saves approximately ¥0.50 per hour in electricity costs compared to traditional YAG lasers.
- Zero Maintenance: Solid-state fiber laser source offers over 100,000 hours of service life with no consumables required.
Quality Assurance
Every unit undergoes a rigorous 24-hour aging test and a 72-point quality inspection before delivery. We provide a 2-year warranty on the machine and a 3-year warranty on the laser source. All certifications (CE, FDA, RoHS) are available upon request.
FAQ
1. What materials can this machine mark?
This machine is optimized for metals (stainless steel, aluminum, brass, gold, silver) and hard plastics. It is ideal for creating oxidation marks (black/white) on metal surfaces. Note: It is not suitable for transparent glass or PVC.
2. Is the enclosure necessary? Can I open it during operation?
The enclosure is critical for achieving Class 1 Laser Safety. The machine is equipped with an interlock sensor; if the door is opened during operation, the laser will immediately shut off to prevent eye injury. We strongly advise against bypassing this safety feature.
3. How deep can it engrave?
Depth depends on the laser power and marking time. A 30W machine can typically achieve a depth of 0.3mm – 0.5mm on stainless steel after multiple passes. For deep engraving (>1mm), we recommend the 60W or 100W model.
4. What is included in the package?
The package includes the main machine, a computer with pre-installed software, a foot pedal switch, a set of allen keys, a focusing ruler, and a spare set of marking lenses.
