How to Choose the Right Laser Marking Machine?
To choose the right laser marking machine, consider material type, marking precision, speed, and budget. Common types include fiber, CO2, and UV laser markers, suitable for metals, non-metals, and fine materials respectively.
Why does the laser not come out of the laser after clicking the "mark" button?
Possible causes:
1. The laser is not powered on;
2. The signal line connecting the laser to the control card is faulty;
3. The switching power supply used by the laser is faulty;
4. The laser itself is faulty;
5. The control card is faulty;
6. Incorrect selection of control card type;
7. The selection and setting of the laser type in the software is incorrect;
8. Software control system files are tampered with or deleted;
Troubleshooting method:
1. Please confirm whether the marking card is selected correctly. For example, CO2 marking card cannot be used in optical fiber marking machine.
2. Whether the selection of the laser type in the software matches the laser type, IPG should be selected for non-tunable pulse width laser, JPT or IPG-M can be selected for tunable pulse width laser;
3. Check the signal cable (DB25) and power cable from the control card to the laser;
4. Check whether the laser power supply is intact (use a multimeter to test the output of the switching power supply)
5. It is strongly recommended to use genuine marking cards and marking software;
6. Pay attention to the work light on the marking card;
7. If the marking software is Golden Orange software, please check whether the plug/markcfgo file related to the marking card has been deleted or tampered with; Since the file does not have a suffix, anti-virus software or viruses may delete and tamper with it, after being deleted, the marking card uses the default configuration parameters of the software, which may not be consistent with the existing parameters; After it is deleted or tampered with, please re-check and set the marking card software configuration parameters; The most direct way is: Reinstall the software!
